My boyfriend has a drug problem that we have been trying to deal with for a while. He has gone a long way from where he was before to where he is now. But I still want to know how I can help him more.

Throw your sympathy out the window. BE consistant, never enable any amount for any reason. Stand your ground and keep it at arm’s length. Be sure that you have someone who can support you emotionally while you go about this very demanding type of relationship.

    i had the same problem with my dads girlfriend. he won’t change unless he wants to change, it has to be his decision to stop. get him in rehab and stay by his side, and remember, THERES ALWAYS SOMETHING LEFT TO LOVE.

    Also, there is a toll-free helpline 1-800-714-8354.. which you can call and speak to a trained professional, explain your boyfriends situation and see what they have to say about it, they will give you advice and guidance as to what they think should be the next steps.
