    you go to a free clinic an get the help/meds that you need.

    Look to see if there are any free health care clinics in your area. You may have to travel to get there or go at some odd hours/days.

    Go to the county hospital or a clinic they can refer you to.

    There are state health and mental health agencies. Contact your state or county health department and ask. They should be able to give you names of clinics and Doctors that provide these services at least on a sliding scale for your income. Good luck!

    St John’s Wort which is a herb is known to have anti-depressant properties. This might be of help. Health food stores should sell it.
