He will likely get a fine, but could get jail time for missing the original hearing. He will be arrested if he misses the next court date. Driving without insurance is illegal in all fifty states, and not paying for tickets can get more fines and/or jail time as well.

You have your hands full. Where I am (US) the FTA carries up to 10 days in jail. The unpaid costs of court may also carry jail time.

Unpaid fines to DMV are usually just sent to collections by DMV and need to be paid before DMV will release the license.

Sounds like he will be OK for the most part. Even better if he has a wonderful excuse for not showing on his court date. What has me a little confused is why they didn’t try him in has absence on the non-jailable traffic tickets? Which means the FTA wouldn’t have been needed.

Unless some of the tickets may have carried the possibility of jail? don’t know.

It sounds like he may be offered a lawyer on his additional FTA charge. He should have one. Where I am he would probably get a weekend in jail on the FTA and fines on the other tickets, unless they are recurrent, such as driving on suspended 2nd, 3rd ….. or driving as an habitual offender.

The cholesterol question, depends on what and how much other fats you are consuming. If you already have a diet consisting heavily on animal? products and then up your fat intake for your brain or other reasons..well you have to adjust for that, we did. We went to a raw vegan diet, which was very very hard, since we were major meat eaters. This worked for us & Chris’s labs across the board are excellent. The other thing we do is eat all organic, no GMO’s or pesticide enhanced.

Wonderful and well done, thank you for taking the time. ? My brother has severe TBI, prognosis was just above a vegetable & never walk again, also severe diabetic. He has been on MCT & coconut oil for a couple of years. He is doing great, never plateaued working on building a car on 0 medications, his fasting glucose 79 and they are studying him. Our family ran into what you seem to be running into, food does not count, if they can make a drug&money they are in. Loved your information
