No – there were alot of rumors about that going around in the ’70’s but no. You’ll get sick and might get dizzy from throwing up.
I think it does have stuff in it that might make you “high”. But not like a drastic one or anything.. probably something like caffiene or something; a very subtle change.
Do you mean “will” instead of “well”? If so, what method are you talking about (snorting, smoking, injecting) because I’m pretty sure it’s lethal in your blood system.

Taking too much nutmeg can cause hallucinations.

An overdose of nutmeg can be fatal.
