What works is manditory health care courses,minor first aid,prevention,and a simple tree approach to everyday maladies,this has kept me healthy and productive ,with knowing what causes me to be well and un well,20yrs and strong.Absolutely no street drugs ,etc.If no compliance,re education on a food or other appropriate effort.I stayed out of a? hospital,after a chiro intend me harm,disc rupture,4/5 lumbar,morphine no help.for first 4 months,8 months ,slowly getting better.BAN CHIROPRACTORS !!!!!!
