Yeah I agree. Not? only that, but feeling groggy in the morning is not fun either.
Good? thing I found Roca Labs because it was the tool that helped me a lot with regards to my food addiction last year. I’m still struggling on it especially trigger foods but I’m trying my best too avoid them. I’m now eating in portions and gradually losing weight because of my motivation, my weight loss program. It is helping me so I’m pretty sure it will help others as well.
