Question by Golddust_woman1: How do you get an addict off K2/spice?
My son is addicted to K2 ( even though most people I have talked to say it is not addicting), he can’t stay away from it. I live in Oklahoma where it is not illegal to buy but is to have possession of. If there is any kind of rehab or help of any kind someone knows about please let me know. I really need to get him help of whatever it takes to get rid of this curse he has gotten himself into! Thanks!

K-2 spice is super strong. If he smokes to much of it, he’ll end up having seizures & in the ER. I suggest talking to him about all the things that could happen to him.

Buy him a bunch of weed. It’s healthier.
There’s nothing unique about addiction to K-2. Most any drug rehab facility, outpatient program, or support group that is designed for teens will work. Its not a good idea to have him involved with programs where he would interact with adult patients.
To find out what types of programs area available, Google drug rehab and the name of your town to see what pops up, or call the school and speak to the school counselor.
Its probably going to be a long uphill battle. K-2 is not very addictive compared to most recreational drugs, which means something is probably going on in his life that is making him want to escape. The drugs might just be the symptom of a more complicated problem.
