The drugs take over the control of brain thereby causing mental disorders like inability to concentrate, disturbed co-ordination of the various functions, unexplained anxiety, irritation, frustration, stress and insomnia. The addict loses control over the day-to-day affairs of his life. An individual who is addicted for any type of drugs faces endless trouble with the nervous system. Other effects may be like bad skin, damaged hair follicles and weak nails as there is less absorption of ital nutrients by the body of the addict.
