Question by Dinadeely: Can you ask for a PSI in Ohio in a misdemeanor trial?
When you appear in court for your trial for two M1 charges (drug abuse instrument and Criminal Tools), are you sentenced at the same time or can you be granted a Pre-Sentence Investigation?

The judge will order a PSI prior to pronouncing sentence unless you plea bargain a guilty plea and then they will sometime.

    Whether or not the Judge orders a PSI is totally at his discretion. That decision will be made after the verdict.
