7th Circuit Court of Appeals. The officer filed a “Qualified Immunity” motion,? which is basically an admission of Guilt but because it happened in the line of duty,? he should be immune from liability. This was denied by the lower court so he appealed. We are waiting for the case to make it’s way through the appeals court.
Where is the civil case at now, some 18 months after? the incident?

Ok as far as the k-9 area of this video you know nothing about how police k-9 handlers perform their searches. There are two types of k-9 alerts, one is passive where the dog sits and won’t? budge when it hits and the other is aggressive where the dog will bark and scratch, this is mostly in German Shepard’s. Also every handler takes their k-9 partner to the front of the vehicle then starts the search from there around the vehicle starting with the driver side.So he he wasn’t taking it off camera
