Thanks dude. Even during my panic attacks I was strong enough to keep standing & get myself dressed during? the whole ordeals until I felt fine again (2-3 minutes). I’ve come a long way since 2007 when my Social Anxiety was at an it’s highest. I actually enjoy hanging out & talking with people now. I think that consuming a low Sodium diet (along with low anxiety) has prevented those attacks from happening.

Aside from the simple fact? that we posses the self control to stop our negative thought patterns, psychology has its roots in 100% solid evil. To treat “hysteria”, a made up disease with a “symptom” of not wanting to have sex, a disease which does not “exist” anymore, doctor’s actually invented the dildo and caused forced over stimulation orgasms in married women. Psychology is not science. It has been responsible for thousands of deaths through experimental lobotomy. Please Research.

You? should make a video about your experience to let others know. There’s more than enough evidence to suggest that there is a strong link between the vestibular system (and cerebellum) and disorders such as panic, anxiety, ocd, tourette’s, schizophrenia, dyslexia, autism/asperger’s, depersonalization/derealization….

Not surprisingly, these disorders have a high incidence of comorbidity.
