Turn off the computer
Its like any other addiction. You are trying to make yourself feel better. You desire contact with people by may be afraid of intimacy. ( Into – me – u – see ) People like this feel there is something wrong with them or they are so bad that if anyone really knew them they would hate them.
Nobody is perfect. NObody. Please don’t put such demands on yourself , because there is no way you can achieve them.
As with any addiction, you need some help to work through the feelings you are having. Help making sense of the confusing feelings you are having. Therapy is your best bet. You will slip and go back to the computer a time or two, maybe more. It took you a while to become the way you are now and its gonna take a while to get back to where you want to be and need to be. Healthy, Happy and alive with joy.
All this is very possible with some hard work on your part. You will get better when the pain of your addiction gets worse than the fear of getting better. I wish you the best.
