most drug and rehab places can handle patients with those disabilities, no problem.
I have never heard of a Mental Health Facility turning someone down for a physical disability. I would make some calls around and see if you can get some answers from where ever you are locally.
I cannot tell you how much I sympathize with your brother.
I cannot imagine what he is dealing with.
The only thing I can relate is that I do have permanent damage to my intestines from two rounds of c. diff. in a period of two months. If you haven’t heard of that yet you will. It’s deadly and if not caught in time, like mine long-term damage is most likely.
Please tell your brother that somebody out here wants him to live.
If you want to send me emails, please do! If your brother would like to write to me-by all means give him my contact info.

do you live here in the states? Any state funded treatment center, is set up for people with disabilities.
I worked as a counselor for 16 yr as an inpatient substance abuse center. They have to be handicap friendly.
You can look up mental health in the Blue Pages and then call the Administator of the Deptment of Mental Health/Substance Abuse and ask for a state funded treatment center in your area. My guess is e receives SSD or SSI, so that shouldn’t be a problem. If I can offer more information feel free to email me. God Bless Reggie
