I HEAR THAT. I’ve been on it since 1999, and am trying to wean off. I recently decreased by? 1/2 mg and have been FEELING LIKE HELL SINCE. I can’t even decrease anymore. Body wants more, but won’t take more than 1 and 1/2 mg until I feel like I can decrease more. But I HATE THIS FEELING. Clammy hands, Nervous as HELL, jittery, ANGER…panicked. ANTI-SOCIAL, paranoid, FORGETFUL. I feel like this shit has RUINED ME.
Actually this is good advice. I have been Xanax free for a year. I have been miserable. I can’t work. I don’t have a life. I? have major panic attacks in the community. I am open to whatever it takes to get me back to work. Thanks for the video.
