Admit to yourself, you have a problem. Also, you might find a Rehab Centre good for you. Give it a chance, and fight drug addiction — you can do it.
you needs a PROGRAM not just a book! You need AA/NA meeting. has literature and books for you. See reading a book is not going to do it. your going to be able to read a book and say those people are not like me i am different! Bull Sh*T!!! At a meeting your going to meet people from house wife’s, lawyers, fathers, welders, vets, daughters, mothers, police, fireman, etc… the disease of alcoholism/addiction is not picky it will ruin any life it can. At meetings you going to see there are people who have come from much much worst place than you and are DOING IT!!! you will be loved for nothing more than pulling open the 500 POUND door the first time. People will love you even if you cant love herself. I am talking about people who poured vodka on there corn flakes and have found a better way to live now drug/alcohol free. you will find a sponsor to help you work the 12 steps. I am passionate about 12 step programs as THEY HAVE SAVED MY LIFE!!!!
I can help you more if you like with links and phone numbers to local meetings and even more….I would do so much to help ANY alcoholic/addict get help Because i was loved for no other reason than walking in once and i didn’t love myself enough to stop once. I can only keep what the program has given me by giving it away and i would guide you if you like.

Well the first step is to admit that you have a problem, and that you want to get help for your addiction. In my opinion, the best thing to do when someone has a drug addiction is to get help from a rehab center. Reason being that drug addiction is very serious, and if you try to detox yourself, your body will go into shock.
The problem is that there are tons of rehab facilities that one can go to. From a personal experience of a close friend of mine who went to, http://www.recoveryconnection.org/drug-abuse.php?utm_source=ans&utm_medium=pv&utm_campaign=rcx, is now a change woman.
The staff and the treatment she received from there was life changing. I am convinced that if she had gone elsewhere she would not have made it through.
