He is representing addiction. It’s? heartless, and it has its grip on her. She fights against it, but she always goes back to it.
I love how the male acts perfectly like an abusive boyfriend. He brings his girlfriend up to a certain point, but then keeps? knocking her down to the height that he wants her to be. He lifts her up, but also keeps her down so that she’ll stay.
