Male on male rape. The sate and federal governments don’t do anything to stop it because it serves as a crime deterrent. It’s interesting how the US Constitution bans cruel and unusual punishment, but if you’re a white guy and have to go to prison for any length of time, you’re getting raped and getting AIDS.

It works exactly like it should, because it’s a racket.
Non violent drug users make up the majority, the state gets about 50k per head, they serve their time, get out… can’t find a job, go back to crime. There is no rehabilitation, and the programs that do work aren’t streamlined throughout the system.
If any of you think I’m wrong, tell me why there are privatized prisons now…… prisons FOR PROFIT.
Once you’re in the system, there is very little incentive to get out.
The Bureau Of Prisons main problem is that its Health Care Systems are 15 years behind civilizations standards and that many of the Physician Assistants go to Mexico for 2 years and receive their degrees to practice. (F.C.I. (Federal Correctional Institute) Beckley, Med. and F.C.I. Petersburg, Low; are two prime examples of these P.A.s)). When you are sent to “The Hub ( F.T.P. (federal transfer point) Oklahoma…a prisoner isn’t allowed to work, to do legal research, receive mail, have outside recreational activities or purchase canteen items (I was there for 5 weeks); the same thing for U.S.P. (United States Prison) Atlanta, the only difference is that you can only take a shower every 3-5 days depending on who is working and this is only when the intake population can make any phone calls or have any indoor recreation.”
With the Virginia Department Of Corrections (V.D.O.C.) if you are sent to Indian Creek Correctional Center it has an established Secular Humanism Therapeutic Drug Treatment Program in Place. Should you refuse to participate because their principles and philosophy violates your own sincerely held religious precepts and principles, then you will be stripped of all your Good Time Earned Credits until you comply to worshiping a man as your God and practice their neo-nazi philosophy by becoming one of their proselytes. Because I refused, my security level was increased and I did flat time, because i’m not abandoning my religious faith for any pinko sob.
Plus, when a person receives a degree in a field of interests that person must wait another 5 years before they can qualify for continuing their education wherever they be transferred to within the state; and the educational system is 10 years behind civilization, as one is limited to take any college courses, due to no access to receive instructions from a professor on a computer.
The system is designed for failure…plus, whenever a person does get out many people think “that because a person went to prison that they are untrustworthy or they assume that such a person is a gump ( homosexual; not knowing that there is a protocol within the system and that you better prove yourself early so that you are not preyed upon by such maggots).” That is why there is the appearance of the revolving door syndrome with ex-felons, many depend upon their survival with their community….but i’m a lobo and know how to survive without the community.
