Ohio governor: Welfare drug testing could be beneficial

Opiate epidemic hits cities such as Delphos, Kenton hard

The region is no stranger to drugs or drug-related issues. It's a problem statewide, too. A report from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction shows that in 2011 more than 20000 people were committed to the state prison system.
