i was wondering the average jail time for someone who got charged with drug abuse (in ohio) for having weed on them and they were also charged with complicity. Thank you very much appreciated

usage and possession of weed is much less severe than traffic or possession with intent to sell. Depending on the previous criminal record and amount of marijuana, you probably will get fines and probation.

Complicity sounds like they were selling and not just using, that means some serious prison time.
we need to know how much they had, where they were, and why they were charged with complicity.
