Venezuela: The Inside Story with Paul DeRienzo – Dr. Zulema Cendon is a director of the Venezuelan Society of Psychiatry and currently director of a public drug treatment center in Caracas. She was in Washington, DC on February 15, 2008 with Dr. Rosalía Dávalos to discuss working with addict and self help groups in the United States.
