Ledgemont Elementary DARE Culmination Ceremony – Ledgemont Elementary DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) culmination ceremony, held Jan. 13. Guest speakers were Geauga County Sheriff Dan McClelland and his best friend, Midge, the world’s smallest K-9 dog; Common Pleas Judge David Fuhry; and Deputy Matsik and his K-9 companion, Marco. Students in Ms. Smith’s and Ms. Schaffer’s class learn to just say no to drugs.

At a D.A.R.E lecture at my elementary school, the officer passed around 3 joints to show the kids what to stay away from. He told them that if he does not get all 3 back then the school will be on lock down. About 30? minutes later, the officer received 4 joints from the audience of 6th graders.
Dare is? full of bullshit
