“Athletes could find their performance is? off;timing, movements, and coordination are all affected by THC”
That’s why Michael Phelps only have 16 Olympic Medals.
I found the CURE for addiction and I have proof for this? claim. Click on my name and witness Powerful Stories of Freedom. I personally know and have witnessed over 100? addicts who have found True and Lasting FREEDOM after being enslaved by their? addictions for so long. I have been through many programs for my addiction, but have never found so? much Hope, Joy, Peace, and Love? than I have in the program I am in now. And the people I know who have given their stories are experiencing the same!
my conclusion from 16 years of indulging and meeting other consummers is this.
although i have never met anybody that had a bad reaction to cannabis, cannabis may trigger/innitiate episodes in certain teens already predisposed with phsychotic or schizophrenic or other mental issues. but like i`ve said i`ve never seen it 1st hand in 16years of smoking nor has any of my friends.
i`m not addicted to cannabis i? like to smoke it just the same as i like eating cake. am i addicted to cake?
i don`t go in any kind of withdrawal if i don`t have a smoke for a while (hrs days or even weeks) i am physicly fit and apart from getting older there`s nothing wrong with me in 15 years of indulging heavily in strong NL? skunks and uk cheeses, homegrown or from the coffeeshops.
well i`ve been smoking for over 15 yrs since i was at least 15 i`m 32 this summer and i don`t suffer from any mental problems nor have i a? dysfunctional live.
i smoke pretty much all the time as much as a cigarette smoker would consume. and appart from my lungs taking a beating as they would with tobacco or anything else u would burn and inhale the smoke from.
you fucking pot heads will never see sense. That fucking article has nothing to do? with growth or cell development, it talks? primarily about behavioral sensitivity.
… after repeated cannabinoid exposure compared to psychostimulants or opiates.”- Lack of behavioral sensitization after repeated exposure to THC in mice and comparison to methamphetamine/ Psychopharmacology (Berl). 2007/ PMCID: PMC2637562
Part? (3)
… Furthermore, an experiment in rats using a published protocol also failed to demonstrate sensitization. It appears that this phenomenon may only occur under very particular conditions,? raising doubts about its relevance to chronic cannabis users. At the very least, it can be concluded that the phenomenon appears much less robust…
The following qoute originates form an article that reinforces and contradicts your? previous comment.
“In conclusion, these experiments show that mice appear resistant to behavioral sensitization of the locomotor-activating effects of THC. Even after systematic variation of several experimental parameters such as the frequency of THC treatments, exposure to the test apparatus during treatments, and manual vs automatic recording of activity, we failed to detect any sensitization…
interesting, send me link to the study so i? can debunk this one aswell
… I can provide study reviews that reinforce, and contradict your last comment. Once again, modulation of the endogenous? cannabinoid sytem produces biphasic effects.
I’m heavily involved in music, and I’m thoroughly interested in pharmacology, toxicology and pharacokinetics of psychoactive substances. I have always disliked sports. My family is more involved in music.
There is no history of schizophrenia, psychosis or any othe mental disorders in my family.
Yes, I am aware that it is very important to preserve the prepubescent and adolescent mind from drugs, however, I started consuming caffeine? before I started smoking…
grow and develop as it should have been. But if you keep smoking until or after the age of? 21, you would have missed the best time to let your body develop, and YOU WILL REGRET IT later in life. Right now you are still young, you are full of will and strength, but as you get older your body wont be able to cope with your drug abusing, and it will start to degenerate, you will lose weight, strength and your brain will cease to function properly. and thats just the tip of the iceberg
By the way, as i mentioned you may have good genetics and you are still young, hence why you may not have intense paranoia or any mental unstability. However, 8-7 years of smoking is no joke, especially since you started at a very young age, pre-teen and most of your teenage life. Did you know that teenagehood is a very important stage in a persons mental and physical development? Hypothetically? if you stopped smoking RIGHT NOW until the age of about 21, you body may be able to
