Supreme Court: The Term in Review (2010-2011), Part 1 of 2 – The review of this term’s US Supreme Court decisions most likely to affect the work of federal judges will look at opinions deciding First, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Amendment issues, as well as criminal law, prisoner litigation, sentencing, civil rights, federalism, federal courts, and federal regulations. Our faculty will include Dean Erwin Chemerinsky (University of California — Irvine, School of Law), Professor Evan Lee (University of California, Hastings College of the Law), Professor Laurie Levenson (Loyola Law School), and Professor Suzanna Sherry (Vanderbilt University Law School).
