Tiffin teen drug use on rise – A combination of drugs is becoming a fatal problem for young people in Northwest Ohio. There’s been a spike in prescription drug abuse in the Tiffin area but also across the region. The addicts, usually teens, are taking this habit one step closer to the grave by mixing prescription pills with elicit drugs like heroin.
