    Hey Mike, Really Dig the program. I hit a rehabilitation center a year ago today, really absorbing the 12 step method in order to break my cycle. I had known of replacing thoughts and behaviors before, instinctually and through various sources throughout my life, so something about 12 steps just wouldn’t register with me, specifically the “Rock bottom deal with this your whole life, you deficeit” mentality.
    Since gradually dropping AA and looking for other forms? of help,
