273 Curtis Elementary students graduate from DARE program – bossierparish.ksla.com Curtis Elemetary School hosted Monday night’s Drug Abuse Resistance Education graduation ceremony. The DARE program, run by the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office, graduated 273 students.
