273 Curtis Elementary students graduate from DARE program – bossierparish.ksla.com Curtis Elemetary School hosted Monday night’s Drug Abuse Resistance Education graduation ceremony. The DARE program, run by the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office, graduated 273 students. DARE teaches young people how to avoid involvement in drugs, gangs and violence.
